AMAZON FIREWe have all been through the fire. All in our different ways. Some of us surrounded by family and beloveds, some of us alone in ways that we could never imagine. We have all had to let things go and invite things in. We've had to learn to walk in the world in a way that was alien and surreal. We are here. Not all of us are. We are different. That was unavoidable. We are not who we were and were are not who we will be. Although this is always true the starkness, the extreme, the strangeness of this particular journey is in every breath that we breathe. We are New. And the lesson that is in and throughout what we have experienced is that we need each other more than we have ever known or have been willing to admit. Some will get this lesson and many will not. That's okay. We get it. We know that love and connection are the most precious commodities in this world. We who know cannot wait to be with you safely. To share, to mourn, to laugh, cry and dance, hug and love with abandon. To see the world through new eyes and love from a newly cleansed heart. We will celebrate and adore one another and dream new dreams into BEing together and so, so soon. -OJAH |
